We are looking for an experienced and highly drivenSales Managerto lead and manage the sales function in our Thane location. Key Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets. - Work on qualified leads provided by the company and ensure effective lead allocation among team members. - Connect with potential customers, explain project details, and ensure end-to-end sales support. - Plan, schedule, and monitor site visits (SVs) to drive maximum client conversions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Track team performance, maintain accurate documentation, and share detailed MIS reports with management. - Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Post-Sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. - Ensure that the team follows company processes, communication standards, and reporting norms. Requirements : - Minimum25 years of experiencein real estate sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Comfortable with fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings. - Ability to drive the team toward aggressive calling, consistent follow-ups, and high conversions. - Strong understanding of the Thane/Mumbai real estate market (added advantage). - Immediate joiners preferred.
