Job Description We are seeking a highly committed and persuasive Client Servicing Executive / Accounts Manager to join our Advertising team. This role is crucial for fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and leading projects with a focus on achieving results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with an innovative mindset and the ability to inspire a team. Key Responsibilities: - Business Growth & Development: Drive efforts to improve existing business relationships and actively develop exciting new business opportunities within the advertising sector. - Target Achievement: Set ambitious targets and consistently achieve them, demonstrating a strong results-oriented approach. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. - Leadership & Motivation: Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team, guiding them towards achieving project goals and fostering a collaborative environment. - Branding & Communication Expertise: Apply thorough knowledge of branding and communication processes to effectively serve clients and contribute to strategic discussions. - Proposal & Presentation Development: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate value and align with client objectives.
