Client Servicing Executive

We are looking to employ an experienced client servicing executive to handle all client inquiries, requirements, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Research clients products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
- End to end communication with the clients and service providers in all areas of Client Relationship Management
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
- Brief colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best solutions for the client
- Maintain & coordinate within various in-house departments - Web, Digital Marketing, Creative & Production teams
- Ensure that projects are completed as per brief and within the time frame
- Ability to plan, develop and manage client requirements and drive projects, typically several at once.
- Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
- Responding to clients’ requests as they arise
- Taking part in pitches for new contracts

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an industry-related field. - Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self
- Driven & Career Oriented. - Strong Leadership Quality - Ability to handle Pressure.
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Knowledge in Project Management Tools(Eg: Asana) is considered as a plus.
