Celebrity Guest Hospitality: Plan and execute hospitality arrangements for celebrities and special guests, including accommodations, airport pickups, meals, and personal preferences. Ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all high-profile visitors. Accompany celebrities or production guests during travel, rehearsals, and event appearances when needed. 3. Travel Management: Organize domestic travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, local transport, and event itineraries. Be ready and willing to travel across India as per the production schedule or events related to the show. Maintain travel records and expenses for reimbursement and reporting. 4. On-Ground Support & Event Presence: Be present at auditions, rehearsals, shoot locations, and promotional events to assist in coordination. Provide behind-the-scenes support to the production and creative teams during shoots and public events. Act as a liaison between show participants, team members, and other external stakeholders. 5. Personal and Professional Assistance: Support senior executives and team members with tasks related to the smooth functioning of the show. Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Manage documents, guest lists, vendor contacts, and internal communications efficiently.Essential Skills: Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi.
