Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Vasai, Maharashtra Experience: 1-3 years Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications accurately, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Dispense medicines as per doctor’s prescription Maintain stock levels and expiry tracking Ensure proper storage and labeling of medicines Generate bills and maintain pharmacy records Counsel patients on medication usage if required Follow all safety and regulatory protocols Requirements: D. Pharma or B. Pharma with valid license Minimum 1 year experience preferred Good knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices Attention to detail and strong communication skillsRequired Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, pharmaceutical calculations, and drug formulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with pharmacy management software and computerized record-keeping. Understanding of legal and ethical issues related to pharmacy practice. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies or adverse drug reactions calmly.
