Sales executive for Vasai Location Will be working 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. A Sales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, and networking. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve consistent targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations & Negotiations Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients. Close sales deals while maintaining profitability for the company. Market Research & Reporting Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance sales efforts. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth product/service delivery. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Skills & Competencies Required Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
