Job Title: Field Sales Executive Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Meet potential clients to present products/services, explain benefits, and negotiate deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager. Coordinate with the operations and customer support team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows (if applicable). Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales or direct marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
