Business Development Manager-B2B- Travel

Job purpose: To increase sales revenue and profitability for the organization. Ensure range and reach of product and services is properly done for all clients.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks/Activities:
1. To increase the reach of Travellers Choices products to all prospective agents.
2. To continually add products and services as per requirements of the market.
3. To penetrate the market potential with our online portal and in-house quotation tool.
4. Introduce our DMC as a Destination expert with the Tour Operators, Travel Agents and with potential customers.
5. To smartly add agents to on board with TCTT on regular intervals, for different market segments.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales target.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Manage the end to end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after sales support.
Who we are looking for
Ideal candidate will have a combination of the following:
1. Strong understanding of selling holiday packages, UAE and other key destinations, travel tends, field sales and sales strategies.
2. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
3. Experience in Destination Management (DMC), and if not with travel agency or Online Travel Agents is a must.
4. Knowledge of UAE as a destination is a must.
5. 2-8 years of experience in Corporate sales or Business development management.
6. Must be able to move and do actual field sales.
