Job Description Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) clients - Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service - Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Team Leadership and Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment - Ensure team members achieve individual and collective goals Business Development: - Leverage existing client base to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients - Drive wealth generation through innovative financial solutions Financial Expertise: - Provide expert advice on financial investments and products - Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and product offerings - Develop and present financial plans and investment strategies to clients Performance Management: - Set performance targets and monitor team progress - Implement fast-track promotion and increment plans for exceptional performers - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Communication and Interpersonal Skills: - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with clients Incentive Programs: - Participate in performance-based incentive programs - Benefit from wealth creation opportunities through ESOPs - Enjoy competitive compensation with additional rewards for achieving targets Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager - Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred - NISM V-A and NISM XXI certifications - Proven track record of managing HNI clients and delivering exceptional service - Demonstrated team management and leadership experience
