Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help drive our sales efforts focused on providing payment card solutions credit debit prepaid digital and specialty cards to banks and financial institutions Working primarily from our office or remotely you ll manage inbound and outbound leads build relationships with key contacts at financial institutions and help advance sales opportunities from initial outreach through to proposal support and closing in partnership with the field sales team Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage prospective banking clients via phone email and virtual meetings to promote our payment card solutions Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads to qualify sales opportunities Support end-to-end sales cycles by coordinating meetings preparing proposals and assisting with contracts Develop and nurture relationships with contacts at banks credit unions and fintech companies Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools Collaborate with the business development product and marketing teams to customize sales approaches and messaging Stay current with industry trends in card issuing digital wallets and payments technology Work toward achieving assigned sales targets lead generation goals and pipeline development objectives Qualifications 2 years experience in inside sales lead generation or business development preferably in payments fintech or banking Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects via phone and email Familiarity with payment cards credit debit prepaid digital payments or financial services a strong asset Organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Preferred Experience Experience supporting sales to banks credit unions or financial service providers Familiarity with card manufacturing personalization or payment network standards Visa Mastercard is an advantage Previous work in a high-volume B2B inside sales environment Why Join Us Join an innovative company at the forefront of payments technology Competitive base salary with performance-based commission plan Collaborative supportive work environment with growth opportunities Training provided to deepen your understanding of payment cards and banking clients Values Dynamics values spell the acronym T O G E T H E R T - Team - your success depends on the person next to you and their success depends on you O - Open minded - listen hear and learn G - Grow - strive to reach your fullest potential E - Encourage - Support the team and inspire confidence in others T - Teach - Share what you ve learned to strengthen the team H - Honesty - Do what s right legally and morally E - Empathy - Understand and appreciate other s feelings and experiences R - Respect - Look for the best in other people and appreciate what they bring to the team Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
