We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing activities. The role involves handling leads (IndiaMART, E-commerce), preparing proposals, coordinating with the design & execution team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research.
- Follow up on IndiaMART and other digital leads to convert into clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of interior design / construction industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead platforms (like IndiaMART).
