About Us Walnut Folks Group is a fast-growing collective of digital marketing and influencer-led companies We re a young team creative environment and super collaborative workspace If you enjoy organized work smooth processes and a lively office culture this role is for you Role Overview We re looking for an HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day people operations onboarding office coordination and engagement activities across the organization Key Responsibilities Onboarding Documentation Handle end-to-end onboarding offer letters documentation induction and system access Maintain accurate employee records and internal HR trackers HR Operations Support day-to-day HR admin including attendance documentation and basic HR processes Assist in preparing reports and updating HR systems Employee Engagement Plan and coordinate internal activities celebrations and small team events Help maintain a positive and energetic workplace culture Office Facilities Management Oversee daily office operations supplies pantry seating basic facilities coordination Liaise with housekeeping and ensure the office runs smoothly Vendor Coordination Manage communication with vendors for office supplies services events and merchandise Track deliveries payments and service quality What We re Looking For 0-2 years of experience in HR operations admin office management non-recruitment Strong organisational and communication skills Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable in a young creative environment Ability to multitask and maintain smooth operations Why Join Us A young dynamic team with a collaborative culture Exposure to fast-paced digital and influencer marketing companies Ownership learning and real impact on everyday employee experience
