Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for Associate Creative Director role for Bangalore location Experience 15 to 18 yrs Location WFO Mode of Employment Direct Payroll Job description As Associate Creative Director Brand Design you will work closely with Merkle and Dentsu Global Growth leadership to lead and drive a team of graphic designers and presentation designers to deliver corporate sales decks and marketing materials You will manage a team of designers across Bangalore and Gurgaon The role is based out of Bangalore or Gurgaon and will require close collaboration with Global Teams We are looking for someone who has an expertise in brand and graphic design Formal design education portfolio is mandatory along with 15 years of experience Skills Expertise Experience in working with global brands and global teams String understanding on global brand guidelines and templates Strong conceptual thinking with crafted visual execution Prior experience with presentation design is an advantage Good team building skills and ability to mentor a team of skilled design professionals with graphic presentation and motion design abilities Great attitude and excellent communication skills comprehension verbal and written to effectively present concepts designs and experience visions ability to persuade Experience Qualifications Strong work ethic and client presentation skills Bachelor s degree OR higher in design BFA MFA from accredited Universities 15 years of relevant design experience preferably in an agency and consultancy environment Design portfolio with experience across commerce products and services is mandated Tools Platforms Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator InDesign Photoshop etc FIGMA Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word Working knowledge of other key software and tools relevant to the industry About CIEL HR Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excits you kindly share resume to sonali s cielhr com Regards Sonali
