Candidature will strictly not be considered without the sameLink to the form-https://forms.gle/7GsNXCWP3rSQGEaE7Role Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an entry-level HR professional (HR Trainee / HR Associate) to be part of our early-stage team. You will work directly with seasoned founders who bring over a decade of experience in the space and defence-tech industry, and gain hands-on exposure to building deep-tech teams and products from the ground up. Your primary focus will be Talent Acquisition – conducting first-round calls, screening candidates, and introducing them to the mission, culture, and leadership. In addition, you will assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities, ensuring every new team member has a smooth and inspiring start. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn fast, grow with the company, and contribute to shaping the people function in one of India’s most promising deep-tech startups.Key Responsibilities Conduct first-level screening of candidates: calls, profile checks, and fit assessment.Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage candidate experience.Draft and post job descriptions across portals and track applications.Introduce the company's mission and culture to candidates during the first interaction.Support onboarding logistics (documentation, welcome kits, induction).Assist with basic employee engagement activities (feedback check-ins, event coordination).Required Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate (preferred MBA/PGDM in HR).0–1 year of HR experience (internships count).Excellent written and spoken communication skills.Structured and detail-oriented; able to track and manage multiple candidate pipelines.Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).Desired QualificationsExposure to recruiting technical roles (engineering, R&D).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Interest in deep-tech, aerospace, or defense-tech sectors.What will you getDirect exposure to founders and senior team members.A chance to learn how hiring in deep-tech startups works (far beyond generic IT hiring).Fast-tracked promotions and accelerated growth based on performance.
