Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive Intern

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon (Field & Office Work)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 9,000 12,000/month + Incentives

Voorent is a leading furniture & appliances rental company, offering high-quality products with quick delivery and hassle-free installation. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to drive our sales and business development efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a broker network to generate new leads and drive rentals.
- Actively reach out to potential customers through field visits, calls, and online channels.
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively explaining product offerings and value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with lead status.
- Ensure excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and building long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools will be an advantage.
