We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can bring a creative approach to content writing and marketing operations If you have a passion for B2B marketing and a knack for managing events and communication projects we d love to hear from you If keen pls call at Meeta at 9811967450Key Responsibilities 1 Marketing Operations - Coordinate and manage the logistics for marketing events including webinars podcasts live events and conferences - Organize email marketing campaigns and newsletters ensuring timely execution and follow-up x- Oversee the production and publication schedule for all content-related projects - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives 2 Event Management - Plan organize and execute B2B events webinars and panel discussions collaborating with speakers sponsors and stakeholders - Develop event communication materials and promotional strategies to maximize engagement - Manage post-event follow-up tasks including surveys content distribution and lead nurturing 3 Communication Coordination - Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to streamline marketing activities and ensure alignment with business goals - Maintain strong relationships with external partners vendors and media contacts - Assist in managing budgets and timelines to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within scope Experience - Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketing Hybrid working- Proven experience in content marketing event management and coordinating communication projects - Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms marketing automation tools and social media management - Experience in managing digital events webinars and podcasts is highly preferred Skills - Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and relevant messaging for B2B audiences - Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive and self-starter approach - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively - Understanding of marketing metrics analytics and reporting Soft Skills - High level of creativity with a keen eye for detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field - Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Netcore Mailchimp- Familiarity with content management systems CMS like WordPress Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for growth and development within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Work with a passionate team committed to driving innovation in the B2B space WeAce is a forward-thinking B2B company focused on delivering innovative solutions for leadership development and digital coaching If keen pls call at Meeta at 9811967450 to discuss furthe ref updazz com
