Job Summary: The Manager - Experience Design will be responsible for assisting in the design and layout of the retail space, selecting products that resonate with our target customers, managing store displays, and providing design consultation to customers. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and 2-8 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software and a strong understanding of materials are essential.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of store layout designs to create an inviting and functional shopping environment. Select and curate products for display that align with the store’s brand and customer preferences. Manage and refresh store displays regularly to enhance visual appeal and drive sales. Provide design consultation and support to customers, offering expert advice on product selection and home design. Collaborate closely with procurement, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation. Utilize AutoCAD or similar software to create and modify design plans, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, trends, and innovations in home retail and interior design. Monitor store traffic and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience. Lead or participate in store launch preparations, ensuring all design elements are delivered on time and to standard.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field. 2 to 8 years of professional experience in interior design, retail space planning, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and product applications in retail or home environments. Experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or customer experience is highly desirable.Skills and Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
