Position OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious, result-driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving revenue targets.This role requires a combination of market research, client acquisition, strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills. The BDM will work closely with the sales, marketing, and management teams to expand business operations and strengthen market presence.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Growth StrategyIdentify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.Explore new markets, segments, and industries to expand the company’s reach.Build strong sales pipelines to ensure consistent business flow.2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementGenerate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant solutions.Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, queries, and negotiations.3. Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients to maximize profitability.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.4. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisConduct market research to understand customer needs and industry demands.Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and positioning to develop competitive strategies.Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and business models relevant to the industry.5. Team Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, presentations, and proposals.Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.Mentor and guide junior business development executives where required.Participate in regular meetings with management to share insights, progress, and strategies.6.
