Location: Guwahati, Assam Experience Required: 15–25 years (Retired PSU/Insurance/Banking professionals preferred) We are looking for a highly experienced and disciplined professional to join our logistics organization as Manager – Insurance & Vehicle Compliance. This is a high-impact, independent role responsible for managing end-to-end insurance claims, accident documentation, and complete fleet compliance (RC, permits, fitness, HAZ, PUC, loan docs, NOCs etc.) for our LPG transportation fleet operating across Northeast India. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end insurance claim management: intimation, surveyor coordination, documentation & recovery. - Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and zero lapse in HAZ license, permits, fitness & PUC. - Maintain and supervise a master documentation register for the entire fleet. - Liaise with RTOs, insurers, banks/NBFCs, surveyors and transport authorities regularly. - Identify gaps causing claim rejections/delays and implement corrective action. - Publish monthly dashboards on claims, upcoming renewals, and risk exposure. Ideal Candidate Profile - Senior professional with 15–25 years experience in Insurance, Transport Compliance, Banking or PSU background. - Strong knowledge of motor fleet insurance, hazardous goods norms, and vehicle documentation. - Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and documentation management skills. - High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and ability to operate independently. - Retired PSU/Insurance officers are strongly encouraged to apply.
