Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Area Sales Manager - Institutions for North India, located in New Delhi. The Sr. Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing institutional sales in the Northern India region, developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring sales performance, leading a sales team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Experience in sales management, and institutional sales strategies - Strong relationship-building and client management skills - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and market trends - Ability to work independently and within a team - Proven track record in achieving sales targets - Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry is a plus - Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
