Job Title: Marketing Lead Location: Pune Department: Marketing and business growth Experience: 5 to 7 years Reporting To: Business Director Application Deadline: Nov 05 Joining: Within a week or two We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive our brand growth, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and manage a high-performing team. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and performance marketing. - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. - Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. - Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels. - Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted campaigns. - Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Experience in [insert industry if applicable] is a plus.
