Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall learner experience across all programs. - Assist in onboarding and orientation sessions, helping learners smoothly transition into their learning journey. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including learner profiles and support tickets. - Provide timely mentorship reminders and coordinate interview schedules for Cohort-based programs. - Track and maintain records of mentorship sessions and collect feedback from live sessions. - Engage with customers to capture success stories and testimonials for community and marketing use. - Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement. Who Should Apply: - Students or recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Communication. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Passionate about EdTech, learning, and working with people. - Comfortable working with tools like CRM, Excel, Google Sheets.
