Job Title Office Manager Location Solan Reporting To Managing Director MD Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure smooth functioning across all departments particularly in the absence of the Managing Director MD The ideal candidate will be responsible for inter-departmental coordination managing communications and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time Key Responsibilities Administrative Management Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Ensure the office environment is clean organized and compliant with company policies Department Coordination Monitor the performance and deliverables of different departments Facilitate communication between departments and resolve any operational bottlenecks Follow up with department heads to ensure timelines and priorities are met Communication Follow-ups Manage all official correspondences internal memos and emails on behalf of the MD when required Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closure within set deadlines Prepare daily weekly status reports for the MD Executive Support Attend to phone calls and official queries on behalf of the MD Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements Maintain a calendar and alert the MD about important deadlines and meetings Operational Oversight Ensure uninterrupted office operations in the absence of the MD Take key decisions as authorized to maintain continuity and resolve urgent issues Act as the central point of contact for all operational matters Team Supervision Supervise and support administrative and junior staff Conduct briefings or training as required to align staff with operational goals Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role Strong leadership coordination and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Outlook and general office software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8091500273
