Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Sales & Business Development Manager (for Audio Video and IT Sales ) whose primary mission is to generate new business and expand our client base. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building new connections, and thrive on closing deals, we want you. Responsibilities - Proactively identify and approach new potential clients in the Education (schools, colleges, universities) and Corporate sectors. - Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals. - Present, promote, and sell our AV solutions: - Smart Classroom Solutions - Video Conference Room Setups - Podcast Studios - Auditorium AV Systems - Video Walls - TV Studios for Mass Communication - Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure timely project handovers. - Maintain market awareness to spot and seize new business opportunities.
