If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building new connections, and thrive on closing deals, we want you.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and approach new potential clients in the Education (schools, colleges, universities) and Corporate sectors.Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals.Present, promote, and sell our AV solutions:- Smart Classroom Solutions- Video Conference Room Setups- Podcast Studios- Auditorium AV Systems- Video Walls- TV Studios for Mass CommunicationNegotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure timely project handovers.Maintain market awareness to spot and seize new business opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedWhat We Offer:Attractive fixed salary + high-performance incentives.Opportunity to work with innovative AV solutions.Career growth in a rapidly expanding company.Work Location: Delhi NCR
