Role Overview:
We are seeking a
high-energy Sales & Business Development Manager (for Audio Video and IT Sales )
whose primary mission is to
generate new business
and
expand our client base
. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building new connections, and thrive on closing deals, we want you.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach new potential clients
in the Education (schools, colleges, universities) and Corporate sectors. - Build a
strong pipeline
of leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell our AV solutions:
Smart Classroom Solutions
Video Conference Room Setups
Podcast Studios
Auditorium AV Systems
Video Walls
TV Studios for Mass Communication
Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure timely project handovers.
- Maintain market awareness to spot and seize new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
