Position ServiceNow Developer Consultant Experience 4 Years Location Jaipur OnlyIndustry IT ServiceJob Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer Consultant with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform along with strong client-facing and consulting skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions Key Responsibilities Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and services Work on modules such as ITSM ITOM CMDB HRSD SecOps or GRC as per project needs Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Build workflows business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions and integrations Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST SOAP APIs Provide technical support and administration of the ServiceNow platform Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing UAT Participate in agile development methodologies Scrum Kanban Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across business and IT units Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices standards and governance Required Skills Qualifications 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer Consultant Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide APIs Proven experience in implementing core ITSM modules Incident Problem Change Knowledge Service Catalog Experience with integrations using REST SOAP and MID Server Hands-on experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and Orchestration Good understanding of CMDB and its data model Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients ServiceNow Certified System Administrator mandatory Additional certifications like ITSM Implementation Specialist Application Developer or related modules are a plus
