Continuing this spirit of innovation, Namma Yatri recently launched Namma Transit a groundbreaking in-app feature that integrates Bengaluru's metro, auto-rickshaws, and cabs into a single, real-time navigation platform. Acting as a personal transit assistant, Namma Transit provides door-to-door multimodal journey planning, step-by-step guidance, and real-time alerts, making public transport smoother, faster, and more efficient for commuters. This marks a major step forward in advancing sustainable urban mobility by promoting seamless integration between public transport and shared mobility About the Role Namma Yatri is seeking a strategic and execution-driven City Manager to own and scale operations across Delhi NCR. This role demands end-to-end city-level ownership, including supply & demand growth, customer experience, brand visibility, government partnerships, and cost optimization. The Zonal Manager will be the key leader driving overall growth, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable performance for the city. Key Responsibilities City P&L Ownership: Own city-level business performance and ensure sustainable growth. Profitability & Efficiency: Drive profitability through cost optimization and operational excellence. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing city team. Performance Management: Set clear goals, track progress, and deliver against targets. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the city's long-term growth strategy. Supply & Demand Expansion: Identify and implement opportunities to grow driver supply and customer base. Retention: Ensure strong customer and driver retention across the city. Government Relations: Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and unions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all city-level transport and operational regulations. Representation: Act as the face of Namma Yatri in city-level forums and stakeholder meetings. Driver & Rider Experience: Deliver best-in-class engagement and satisfaction for both drivers and riders. Issue Resolution: Oversee and resolve escalated driver and customer concerns. Brand & Marketing: Lead branding initiatives and city-level marketing activations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with central teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Market Insights: Provide local intelligence to inform product, growth, and business strategy. City Expansion: Lead the launch and growth in new parts of the NCR region. Scalability: Build and implement playbooks for rapid rollout across geographies. Good to Have Prior leadership experience in mobility, logistics, e-commerce, or govtech. Proven record of handling large teams and city-level P&L. Experience in government liaison, regulatory compliance, or community engagement. Key Skills & Qualities Strong business acumen with proven P&L management skills. Strategic thinker with ability to translate plans into action. Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities. Data-driven approach with analytical problem-solving mindset. Entrepreneurial drive, hustle, and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Key KPIs City Growth: Total rides, conversion rates, and city-wide retention metrics. Financials: City-level P&L, cost optimization, and revenue growth. Supply Health: Active drivers, availability %, acceptance rate. Customer Experience: Rider ratings, NPS, resolution time. Brand Presence: Awareness, number of successful activations. Team Performance: Delivery against targets, team engagement scores.
