Zonal Sales Manager Years of exp: 10-15 Years Location: Multiple locations in India. Role Description: - This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Head located in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Mumbai, West Bengal , Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Across Pan India Location, - The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the assigned zone, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. - Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, guiding sales teams, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - The role requires coordination with various internal departments and providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: - Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Understanding of financial products, particularly retail loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.) - Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans. - Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus. - Willingness to travel within the assigned zone as needed. - Compulsory Related From Finance Field only.
