Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Ad Sales professional. The role involves identifying and fostering client relationships, managing advertising accounts, and driving business growth. Daily tasks will include developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches, coordinating with clients on their advertising needs, strategizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with marketing goals. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and overseeing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Qualifications - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships. - Experience in Sales and Business Development, driving revenue targets and managing client portfolios. - Proficiency in Marketing and Account Management to develop and execute advertising strategies. - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams or independently. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Prior experience in the advertising or media industry would be an advantage.
