Head - Messaging Ads Sales is a WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement platform powering revenue growth for over 150,000+ businesses, including industry leaders like Adani, PhysicsWallah, Delhi Transport Corporation, Vivo, Wipro, Yakult, and India Today Group.We help brands generate 2580% of their total revenue via WhatsApp, automating their marketing, sales, and customer support workflows.With 800 Cr+ worth of WhatsApp-powered engagement every year, AiSensy is redefining how businesses connect with their customers.We're a mission-driven, growth-stage startup backed by Marsshot.vc, Bluelotus.vc, and 50+ angel investors.Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Head of Messaging Ads Sales (Meta) to lead and scale our Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA) business.You will be responsible for building the ad sales function from the ground up, driving customer acquisition, leading strategic brand and agency partnerships, and owning revenue delivery through CTWA ad solutions.This is a high-ownership leadership role ideal for someone with a proven track record in performance ad sales and a passion for shaping ad-tech growth in Indias fastest-growing B2B SaaS segment and managing large teams (50100 employees) in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Leadership:- Build and execute the sales strategy for AiSensy's CTWA ads offering.- Lead a high-performing team of ad sales managers and campaign specialists.- Drive predictable revenue growth and achieve quarterly ad sales targets.Client Acquisition & Growth:- Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise brands, agencies, and performance marketers.- Develop strong consultative relationships with marketing leaders and media buyers.- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closure.Agency & Partner Collaboration:- Forge and scale strategic partnerships with top media agencies and digital networks.- Build co-branded GTM plans to maximize CTWA adoption via AiSensys platform.Campaign Strategy & Optimization:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad campaigns deliver on performance KPIs.- Analyze client performance, optimize ad strategy, and drive repeat investments.Insights & Reporting:- Track and report on sales pipeline, win rates, conversion metrics, and ROI.- Present insights and performance updates to founders and 6 to 10 years of experience in digital ad sales, performance marketing, or ad tech, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.- Proven experience in managing teams of 20-50 employees.- Strong background in Meta Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA), or performance-driven media sales.- Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, D2C brands, and agencies.- Deep understanding of ad performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC).- Ability to lead sales teams, manage high-impact accounts, and exceed targets.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Certifications in Meta Ads or Digital Sales are a plus.- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.What We Offer:- Leadership position in one of Indias fastest-growing WhatsApp marketing platforms.- Exposure to cutting-edge ad tech in the CTWA and WhatsApp Business ecosystem.- Work directly with the founding team on high-impact growth initiatives.- Fast-track career growth in a mission-driven startup environment.- Flexibility, ownership, and an open, collaborative work culture.
