As we continue to expand our operations in India, we are seeking a Digital Head of Sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team in a dynamic and innovative environment.Location- BangaloreDuties & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities through online channelsResearch and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify new areas of opportunityDevelop and execute digital sales strategies that align with overall business objectivesCreate and manage targeted online campaigns designed to generate awareness and drive conversionsManage and optimize website content and architecture for maximum search engine visibility and usabilityAnalyse website traffic data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improvementMonitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationStay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with team membersCollaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to digital salesTrain and mentor junior team members on digital sales best practicesNegotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendorsManage budget for digital sales initiativesRequired Skills and Qualifications7+ years in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targetsExperience managing and developing a team of sales professionalsIn-depth knowledge of the digital sales landscape, including experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skillsPreferred Skills and QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldMaster's degree or MBAAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointIf you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to contribute to the success of Hybrid India, we invite you to apply for the position of Digital Head of Sales.
