We are hiring a Lead Product Designer to guide the design of consumer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on craft and leadership, ensuring every product experience is intuitive, visually polished, and aligned with business goals.

As a design leader, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user needs into high-quality design solutions. Youll also mentor other designers and contribute to building a collaborative design culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Translate research insights and business requirements into elegant, usable solutions.
- Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web.
- Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and apply insights to refine user experiences.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to designers, raising the overall design standard.

- Deep expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience running usability testing and research-informed design.
- Ability to balance hands-on design with strategic thinking.
