We are hiring a Lead Product Designer Apps & Platforms to shape the user experience across our core mobile apps and web platforms. This role requires a leader who can blend strategic product thinking with exceptional design execution, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across multiple digital touchpoints.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality solutions that work seamlessly across devices. Your work will set the standard for usability, visual polish, and cross-platform consistency, impacting millions of consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of mobile apps and web platforms from concept to launch.
- Adapt design solutions for different platforms while maintaining a unified brand experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and design priorities.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs tailored to platform-specific best practices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent multi-platform experiences.
- Mentor designers, sharing best practices for platform-specific design excellence.
What You Bring
- 57 years of B2C product design experience with a portfolio showcasing both app and web platform work.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web interaction patterns, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience in design systems.
- Proven ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with attention to detail across devices and contexts.
