Product Design Lead Data-Driven Product Design ( 6-Month Contract)

Location: Bangalore

Type: Full-Time Contract (6 months, with possibility of extension)

Experience Required: 57 years in B2C product design

We are hiring a Product Design Lead who thrives at the intersection of design craft and data insight. In this role, you will use behavioral analytics, research findings, and experimentation to shape intuitive, high-performing product experiences.

Youll partner with data analysts, researchers, and product managers to test hypotheses, validate design decisions, and ensure that every user flow is backed by evidence as well as empathy. This is a role for someone who enjoys iterating rapidly and measuring the real-world impact of their designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design for core product areas with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define and track key product metrics.
- Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and usability studies to guide design decisions.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly based on data insights and user feedback.
- Balance user needs with business objectives when prioritizing design changes.
- Share insights and learnings with the wider product and design team to improve decision-making.

What You Bring

- 57 years of B2C product design experience with measurable impact through data-informed work.
- Portfolio examples showing how youve iterated and improved designs based on testing and analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, GA360, or Mixpanel.
- Strong skills in Figma and prototyping platforms.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
