About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our fast-paced team in an Individual Contributor (IC) capacity. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and visual design.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will own the entire product design lifecycle — from initial discovery and user research to final delivery of production-ready assets. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces across our product suite, ensuring our customers experience seamless and delightful journeys.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the design direction and influence product decisions. While this is an IC role, you will be the go-to person for design leadership, design system governance, and best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of product design from ideation to execution across multiple product lines.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile applications.
  • Apply a strong product mindset to solve complex user problems with simple and effective design solutions.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • Establish and maintain a design system and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver features on time without compromising on quality.
  • Constantly explore new tools, trends, and techniques to keep the design process modern and efficient.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in B2B or fintech environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, along with design system management.
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
