You will find new clients, build strong relationships, and help close deals. If you enjoy talking to people, solving business problems, and working with teams, this role is for you. Responsibilities Market Research & Planning: - Find companies that can use BPO services. - Study market trends and customer needs. - Keep records of potential clients and useful business data. Lead Generation & Outreach: - Use tools like LinkedIn, EasyLeadz, and Apollo.io to reach new clients. - Call and email decision-makers to introduce our services. - Generate quality leads for the sales pipeline. Sales & Closing Deals: - Meet clients to understand their needs and suggest the right services. - Work with internal teams to create strong proposals. - Close deals and build long-term client relationships. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (BPO preferred). - Strong follow-up and deal-closing abilities is aMUST. - Good at market research and lead generation. - Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, EasyLeadz, and CRM systems. - Excellent speaking, writing, and negotiation skills.
