Job Description

The School Identification Coordinator plays a critical role in identifying potential schools, building

relationships with education stakeholders, maintaining accurate data, and supporting successful

implementation of programs.

Responsibilities

- School Mapping & Identification: Identify potential schools, collect block/district-wise school

data, and maintain a database with key details.

- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate communication with government officials, principals, and

SMCs; explain program&aposs vision and document all interactions.

- Data & Documentation: Maintain geo-tagged school details, update verified schools in the

centralized data bank/CRM, and ensure weekly maintenance calls.

- Coordination: Share verified school lists with the Assessment Coordinator, coordinate with

principals, district/block officials, and arrange partner visits or employee engagement activities.

- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on identified and verified schools, flag challenges, and share

progress updates with the manager.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Detail-oriented with strong data collection and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years of experience in community engagement (education sector preferred).
- Experience managing government contacts and school identification processes preferred.
