Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment activities, managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, and handling various hiring needs. The role includes account management and ensuring effective communication with clients and candidates. The recruiter will engage in sourcing, screening, and placing the best talent to meet client specifications and project needs.

- Account Management abilities
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of IT staffing and consultancy services
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
