Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

, Night Shift

Salary Range: INR 17,000 to INR 30,000 per month

**Job Description**:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Yuvii Consultancy, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals for our clients' bench requirements. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment (freshers are also welcome)
- Ability to work in night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of the IT industry and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
