Job Description Job Role: Business Development Manager Location: Noida Sector 62 (Work From Office) Agency: Heighten Communications About Us: Heighten Communications is a fast-growing PR and communications agency working with brands across AI, Tech, EdTech, Healthcare, Sustainability, E-commerce, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development (Sales) professional to drive new business opportunities. Role: Business Development Manager (47 Years Experience) Key Requirements: - 47 years of experience in Business Development/Sales. - Mandatory: Prior experience in the PR, Advertising, or Marketing Communications industry. - Strong understanding of PR services, agency operations and client servicing. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to build strong networks and represent the company professionally. Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new clients for PR and marketing communications services. - Attend industry events, conferences and networking meetings across Delhi NCR and other cities as required. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads. - Meet founders, marketing heads and decision-makers to pitch agency capabilities. - Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and pitch decks. - Understand client requirements and convert leads into long-term accounts. - Comfortable with frequent travel for business meetings and events. Work Mode & Timings: - Work From Office (WFO): Monday to Friday - WFH option: Up to 2 days per month when required - Location: Noida Sector 62 Salary: - As per market standards; based on experience and skillset.
