Eligibility Criteria Only candidates who are permanent residents of Meghalaya or Assam are eligible to apply Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness orderliness and appearance of our hotel The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented able to manage a team effectively and ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas Train manage and schedule housekeeping staff Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen prepare requisitions as necessary Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping efficiently and courteously Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards Maintain records related to staff performance room cleaning schedules and inspections Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or resort environment minimum 2 years Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of cleaning procedures equipment and health regulations Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Fluency in English Hindi and or local languages preferred Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
