Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness orderliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas back-of-house and laundry Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Recruit train and evaluate housekeeping staff manage schedules and assignments Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies linens and equipment manage ordering and usage Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies Prepare reports on room status occupancy and departmental performance Coordinate with other departments e g Front Office Maintenance for seamless guest service Lead departmental meetings and communicate goals and updates to the team Qualifications Skills Education Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Experience Minimum 5-7 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Good communication skills verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems PMS Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of housekeeping equipment cleaning chemicals and safety protocols Benefits Competitive salary package On-duty meals Training and development opportunities Health and wellness benefits Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 07 2025
