Job Title Housekeeping Supervisor Location Sargasan Gandhinagar Experience Required 5 Years Vacancies Add if needed Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing housekeeping teams and a strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals such as R1 R2 R6 and others used for cleaning and maintenance Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all areas Assign daily tasks monitor performance and ensure timely completion of work Inspect rooms offices restrooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness Ensure proper and safe use of housekeeping chemicals including R1 R2 R6 and other cleaning agents Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies equipment and chemicals Conduct training for housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures chemical usage and safety practices Handle staff scheduling attendance and shift planning Address complaints or issues related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with facility management for special cleaning tasks and requirements Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Staff Strong knowledge of professional housekeeping chemicals R1 R2 R6 etc and cleaning equipment Ability to manage guide and motivate housekeeping teams Good communication leadership and organizational skills Understanding of safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently Employment Type Full-Time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
