Experience - 3-4 years in hospitality industryWork experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar roleHands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasksExcellent organizational and team management skillsStamina to handle the physical demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOversee staff on a daily basisCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber glovesEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
