Job Title Housekeeping Supervisor Department Administration Facility Management Location Insert Project or Site Name Reporting To Facility Manager Admin Head Shift Timing 10 00 AM to 7 30 PM Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing the housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure cleanliness hygiene and maintenance standards are consistently met across all assigned areas within the property project Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all housekeeping and pantry staff during the shift Ensure all assigned areas such as offices lobbies washrooms corridors clubhouse and other common areas are cleaned and maintained as per the schedule Check that all areas are neat tidy and presentable at all times Oversee pantry operations and ensure tea coffee and refreshments are served properly to management staff and clients Ensure all housekeeping equipment and machines are functioning properly Coordinate with vendors for AMC Annual Maintenance Contract and ensure timely servicing Maintain staff attendance duty rosters and daily work allocation records Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the Facility Manager promptly If anything is not working inform the concerned person and take prior approval before proceeding with repair or replacement Conduct daily inspections of all housekeeping areas and ensure adherence to company hygiene standards Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials and pantry supplies and raise requisitions as required Maintain discipline grooming and punctuality of housekeeping and pantry staff Support management in organizing special cleaning drives or event arrangements when required Skills Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor preferably in real estate developers or facility management Strong leadership coordination and communication skills Knowledge of cleaning equipment materials and housekeeping standards Ability to manage staff schedules and handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of AMC processes and vendor coordination Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
