Job Title SEM Head Search Engine Marketing Head Location Thane Maharashtra Salary 50 000 - 90 000 per month Experience 4-10 years Education Bachelor s Degree Any discipline Gender Preference Open to Both Male Female We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEM Head to lead our search engine marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing paid search strategies across various digital platforms driving qualified traffic and maximizing ROI Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to achieve business goals Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads Bing and other platforms Conduct keyword research ad copy creation bid management and performance analysis Work closely with the SEO content and analytics teams to enhance campaign performance Monitor budget and performance metrics such as CTR CPC CPA and conversions Leverage data to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness Stay updated with industry trends algorithms and best practices in paid search marketing Lead and mentor a team of SEM specialists to ensure consistent performance and growth Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to senior management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field 4-10 years of proven experience in SEM PPC management Strong understanding of Google Ads Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools Experience managing large-scale SEM campaigns and budgets Excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and team leadership skills Certification in Google Ads Bing Ads or relevant platforms preferred Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives Dynamic and collaborative work environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person
