Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Specialist, located in Karnal with some flexibility to work remotely. The Area Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services, building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and training farmers or partners on best practices. The role also involves managing sales strategies, maintaining client accounts, and meeting sales targets efficiently. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to build relationships - Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets - Experience in Customer Service and handling customer interactions effectively - Capability to provide Training and guidance to clients or team members on offerings - Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage time effectively - Previous experience in the agricultural or dairy industry would be an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
