Preferred Candidate Profile:
As aClosing Head, you will be responsible foroverseeing and optimizing the sales closing processfor Lodha'sCrown Talojaproject. Your primary focus will be onconverting potential leads into customers, ensuring high conversion rates and revenue growth. This role requiresstrong leadership, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of sales processes. You will work closely withteams, clients, and internal stakeholdersto successfully close deals.

Proven ability to manage sales processes and close deals in a fast-paced B2C environment
Deep understanding of real estate sales, legal agreements, and documentationExperience in managing and training sales teams

Sales Closing Strategy:
- Develop and implement aneffective closing strategyto meet sales targets.
- Identify and applyclosing techniquesthat maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain arobust sales pipelineand ensure steady deal flow.
- Personally engage innegotiations and deal closureswith key clients.
- Conductproduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiationsto secure deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactivelyfollow up with potential customersand address their requirements.
- Possessin-depth knowledgeof Lodha Crown Taloja and communicate its value effectively to clients.
- Organize and leadsite visits, helping customers visualize their future homes.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers andassist them in making informed decisions.
- Understand client needs,present tailored solutions, and close sales successfully.
Market & Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated onreal estate trends, competitor pricing, and market movements.
- Activelynetwork with industry professionalsto gain insights and drive business growth.
Collaboration & Team Management:
- Work closely with internal teams toensure seamless deal closures.
- Ensure alllegal agreements, documentation, and financial processesare in place for smooth transactions.
- Coach, mentor, andtrain the sales teamto enhance their closing skills.
