Role Overview:As the Group Head – Copy, you will lead a team of copywriters and collaborate with art, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver compelling, insight-driven campaigns.
You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and ensuring copy excellence across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of copywriters across multiple brands and campaigns.Conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Planners, and Client Servicing to craft ideas that align with brand strategy.Write and oversee high-quality copy for campaigns, ensuring tone, clarity, and messaging are on-point.Pitch creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders with conviction and clarity.Guide junior writers with constructive feedback, mentorship, and career development.Stay updated with cultural trends, language evolution, and media innovations to keep the work fresh and relevant.Uphold and raise the creative bar of the agency's output.Requirements:7+ years of copywriting experience in a reputed advertising or creative agency.Proven track record of successful campaigns and award-winning work.Strong command of language, conceptual thinking, and storytelling across media.Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and brands with a cool head and a sharp pen.Strong presentation and communication skills.
